A: Main material
(1) Cooper or AL tube: O. D6mm-O. D10mm, with wall thickness: 0.6mm-1.0mm,
(2)Al palte: Thickness 0.5mm-0.8mm
(3)Adhesive membrance thickness: 0.08mm-0.15mm
B: Structure
(1)Flate evaporator for refrigeration room,
(2)Square shape evaporator for freezing room,
(3)Evaporator for temperature control system with capillarys.
C: Technical ability
(1)Produce according to the drawing or sample supplied by clients, also could help the client's design and produce different evaporators.
D: Performance
(1)Al plate or(and) pipe with powder painting, or with lacquer painting to prevent the corrosion,
(2)Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of CFC & R134a cooling system,
(3)Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements of the designed refrigerator;

(1)3.5 million sets per year(12000 sets per day)
