Wire on tube condenser for refrigerator:
A: Raw material
(1)Rolling welded steel tube: O. D4.76 -- O. D6.35, wall thickness is 0.7
(2)Low carbon steel wire O. D1.3 -- 1.5
(3)Bracket: Steel plate (SPCC), thickness 0.6 -- 1.5
(4)Steel plate: SPCC with thickness is 0.3 -- 0.4
B: Structure
(1)Flat type of wire on tube condenser used at the back;
(2)Bended or spiral type of wire on tube condenser used at the bottom;
(3)Wrapped type of tube embed on plate
C: Technical Ability
(1)Wire pitch ≥ 5 mm
(2)Can produce according to the drawing or sample supplied by clients, also can help the clients design and produce different models of roll bond condenser.
D: Performance
(1)Surface with electrophoresis coating to prevent the corrosion
(2)Inner cleanness can meet the requirement of R134a & CFC cooling system.
(3)Can satisfy the cooling capability requirements.
